Bitcoin and Litecoin have rules with no rulers

Natalie Brunell recently went on Fox Business Live and gave several reasons why bitcoin is climbing higher. Amid the Russian and Ukraine conflict, people are seeing how their currency can be frozen, limited and debased. Bitcoin, litecoin and other cryptocurrencies provide a way for people to opt-out of government controlled currency and into something that has rules but no rulers.
